If you have a question about Ethical Recruitment or need help with the website then the frequently asked questions (FAQ) and help pages are your first port of call.
The FAQ pages try to list and answer any questions that will be asked regularly by users of the site i.e. how Ethical Recruitment work, how the website functions, what we do with your data etc.
We have broken the page down into two sections, one for employers and one for applicants as the way each uses the site can be quite different. You can access either section by clicking the links below.
If you do not find the answer to your question on these pages then please contact us using the contact form or email and we will endeavour to answer your question. If we feel it warrants it we may even add your question to the relevant FAQ page.
Note: Please make sure you have read the FAQ pages thoroughly before asking us directly for help. The answer to most common questions are contained in the FAQ pages and we will simply direct you to the relevant section should the question you ask have been answered already. If, however, your question does require our attention we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
